Easter Parade and Spring Fling around the corner

Last year, Ahwatukee Preschool Director Diane Fitzsimons and teacher Krista Kayser showed preschoolers the centerpiece of what will be on their Easter Day Parade float - a Christian cross. The key variation, however, is that in keeping with the float's theme of "Go Green with Mountainview Lutheran Church," the cross is adorned with recycled aluminum cans that were cut by church volunteers into flower-like designs.
