Phoenix FC, Arizona’s professional soccer franchise celebrating its inaugural season in 2013, has signed two more players to its current roster. Player contracts have been completed with defender Devin Grousis and midfielder Faria Diego.

Grousis, 24, is a native of Fresno, Calif., and played last season with USL PRO’s Charlotte Eagles. The contract is signed by all parties and is pending final United States Soccer Federation (USSF) approval.

Faria, 23, is a former member of the Brazilian youth national team, most recently played for America T.O. in his hometown of Teofilo Otoni, Brazil. Faria will be eligible to play once USL has received his work authorization and he has received his International Transfer Clearance (ITC). Faria’s contract is also pending USSF approval.
