Opening ceremonies for the District 13 Little League tournaments are tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Tempe Sports Complex, 8403 S. Hardy Drive.
It kicks off the all-star tournament season as the games are June 29 through July 13, with games possibly played every day other than July 4.
The 10 and 11 year old teams have their championship on July 11 while the 9 and 10 year old teams play their title game on July 13, as does the majors (11 and 12 years old).
