A resident of Ahwatukee Foothills, Austin Blom, was accepted to Central College Abroad's study abroad program in Granada, Spain, for the spring 2012 semester.
Central College Abroad is a university-based study abroad provider for undergraduate students from colleges and universities throughout the United States. Central College Abroad offers semester, year-round and summer study abroad programs at nine sites worldwide, and operates out of Central College.
Blom is a graduate of Mountain Pointe High School and the son of Mark and Pam Blom.
