A new fitness and martial arts facility that doesn’t require contracts will open Monday, Jan. 2 in Tempe.
Xtreme Studios is led by certified personal trainers and martial arts instructors, according to a news release. It specializes in personal training (both group and individual), circuit training, TRX and self protection. Kenpo martial arts classes are also available. The gym will offer Fascial Stretch Therapy as well as counseling.
