Hopefully he brings that delivery service to my area soon. I enjoy Subway, but I don't go often thanks to the dirty looks from the employees behind the counter when I order 4 or more footlongs for my family.

Uh, yeah...a real "pioneer," this guy. Y'know, seeing as how Silvermine Subs, which is ACROSS THE STREET from his Subway, already delivers sub sandwiches, and has been doing so for several years. Silvermine has better sandwiches, too.

Oh, so that little sub shop right across the street called Silvermine Subs just.. doesn't exist? Or any of the Jimmy Johns nearby? While yes, I am glad there are more shops adopting the delivery system for sub sandwiches, and yours may be the first Subway franchise to perform this service (hooray for that), there are a couple other chains who do this in the valley.

I am EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED with this service. It is very slow unlilke Jimmy Johns. I ordered and then was told it would be 20-40 minutes after I paid online with my debit card. Then when I asked to cancel she told me she could not. After waiting 1hour I called back and was informed they had canceled my order, however they did not take it off my card or inform me they had canceled it. When I asked for them to deliver my food or refund my money. So far I have been waiting over a hour for a 6 inch sub and a bag of chips. There was never an appology for the inconvience and still no sandwich. I WILL NEVER, EVER order deliver from SUBWAY.-JIMMY JOHNS is best for speedy delivery. I will encourage all my staff not to ever use SUBWAYS "So called Delivery" You can save time by picking up yourself, however inconvient it may be. [sad]
