Valley residents can learn how to raise chickens and crops at home during a Feb. 12 gardening and backyard poultry expo.
The event includes 10 a.m. and noon classes on master gardening, and an 11 a.m. course on backyard poultry.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2702 S. College Ave. in Tempe.
