After delays caused by storm runoff, crews will be in the bottom of Tempe Town Lake Wednesday beginning repairs on the lake's dam.

Tempe officials say bladder number 3 will be craned into place at approximately 7 a.m.

A storm a week ago brought more than 2 inches of water to north Scottsdale.

The water flowed into the Indian Bend Wash and then into Tempe Town Lake.

PCL Construction decided for safety reasons to delay offloading the bladders until the water went down.
