Participate in a short, ranger-led presentation about how animals disguise themselves to avoid being eaten, followed by a 1.5-mile hike through the desert, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at San Tan Mountain Regional Park, 6533 W. Phillips Road, Queen Creek.

Cost: $6 per vehicle park entry fee.
