Banner Health will open its first medical facility in Queen Creek May 1 at the Banner Health Center, which will offer primary care, basic imaging and lab services for adults and children.
Staff physicians will include a family practitioner and pediatrician, with more physicians already planned as the center grows to meet the community needs. Currently, the center has 18 exam rooms and the electronic medical records are accessible from all other Banner hospitals and facilities.
The center is located at 21772 S. Ellsworth Loop Rd., Queen Creek, and is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. It is the first of four health centers scheduled to open in the East Valley. The health center in Gilbert is scheduled to open on May 22, Chandler in early August and an East Mesa location in early September.
