The governor is soliciting applications from aspiring judges in Pinal County. Judgeships are available at the newly created Division IX of the Pinal County Superior Court.
Applicants must be Pinal County residents and members of the Arizona State Bar. They’ll be subject to a background check and public comment.
If selected, the new judge should be ready to take the bench in late April or early May.
Applications are available at www.azgovernor.gov and are due by 5 p.m. March 23.
