Mesa Councilman Dennis Kavanaugh will host a “Coffee with the Councilmember” event at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 15 in the food court of Fiesta Mall. The gathering is a casual discussion about what’s going on in Mesa.
Kavanaugh serves District 3, which is generally south of University Drive and west of Country Club Drive.

Why don't they have it in one of the long-term, abandoned, deteriorating properties surrounding Fiesta Mall?
It's amazing how Mesa let (caused?) that area to become such a ghetto. 15-20 years ago it was such a vibrant, festive area.
