A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and tying up her disabled boyfriend was indicted on sexual assault and kidnapping-related charges on Tuesday, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said.
Larry Cannon, 44, was indicted by a Maricopa County grand jury on two felony counts of sexual assault and two felony counts of kidnapping after an attack at the couple's home on June 20.
Cannon, a transient the couple allowed to live at their home, is accused of threatening the boyfriend with a knife before tying him up and going into the bedroom to sexually assault his girlfriend.
The boyfriend was able to get loose and call 911.
