The Mesa United Way’s free tax-preparation service for families with incomes less than $50,000 can help families find often-overlooked tax credits.
Trained volunteer tax preparers are staffing 10 tax sessions every week at sites throughout Mesa. No reservations are needed and all services are first-come, first-served, said program director Don Jensen.
Because of the weekend, this year’s deadline is April 18.
