The East Valley Institute of Technology Education Foundation is set to host an annual breakfast fundraiser to support low-income scholarships.
Scheduled for Nov. 6 from 7 to 9 a.m. at the school’s banquet hall, which is located at 1601 W. Main Street Mesa, the breakfast event raises funds to provide scholarships for qualifying low-income students. The 2012 breakfast raised $65,000, which went to aid 200 EVIT students as they paid for class fees, uniforms, kits and tools.
Individual tickets are $125 per person — tickets are 90 percent tax deductible — and table sponsorships range from $1,000 to $10,000. To RSVP and pay, visit evit.com/evitef.
