Banner Desert Medical Center hosts a tea for new mothers from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the hospital’s Rosati Education Center, 1400 S. Dobson Road.
With motherhood sometimes come feelings of stress, lack of sleep and isolation. This is a way to reconnect, rejuvenate and rejoice by sharing tea with others experiencing the same things.
Banner Desert hosts the Spirit of Women New Mom Tea and Social Hour series, “Planning a Lifetime of Health for Your Baby” and “Childproofing Your Home.” Cost is $5. For information, call (602) 230-2273.
