That's what you get d--b a--. The home owner should sue the parents of the dead dude, citing the usual pain and suffering.

At last, some good news in the media. I'm pleased my taxes will not be needed to house, feed and prosecute this waste of existence.

    Good shooting homeowner!

So you favor citizens being able to kill other citizens without due process of law. Guess right wingers really are illiterate.

mwmike.... I hope you never have to wake in the middle of the night with a strange person in your home, not knowing what their intentions are and wait until they hurt/kill you or one of your family members before you do something to defend yourself and property. But you will probably be the one crying... "Where were the cops to help", "Why didn't they get here in time", "Why was this dangerous person on the streets". It's because Liberals gave criminals more rights than the victims have.... I guess Liberals are really uneducated and believe all the.... He's just had a troubled life propaganda.... Some people are just bad people Liberal or Conservative, good or bad families, adopted or not... What ever cliche you want to attach. The last thing I want to do is take someones life. But if it comes down to my safety, my family's safety, the bad guy is going to the hospital or coroner.

sec: Make it the coroner as liberals like mike would vote to award damages to the bad guy as the victim.

    mwmike,
You ask if citizens are able to kill other citizens without due process and question my intelligence. You are very out of your league.

I believe in dur process if the situation presents itself. But, if someone is in your home and desires to use your whole body to make them feel good, I don't think 'due process' will prevent your oriface from being stretched more than it already is.

Considering you post, I gather you don't have a means to protect yourself and will hope the good lord and a phone call to 911 will help you, would you mind providing your address here? I ask this information to see if you really think that burglars are not a danger and need to invite them to your bedroom to prove your idiotic a $$wrong.

A little more research would have made a more interesting and informative article.

This was not Nathan Floyd's first rodeo.

It takes a special type of non-compliant inmate to earn a stay longer than the maximum sentence end date.

He released May 2011, with another vehicle theft/burglary tools charge by October 2011 which had him headed for trial in April 2012.

This homeowner was very, very fortunate.

EVTRIB, where is the ID on Floyd's female accomplice/getaway driver??

    so whats your point?

i live on forty acres and if i catch someone breaking into my house I WILL SHOOT THEM.

then i will wait twenty minutes or so and if the cops dont show i will bury him.
    case closed.
