Learn to manage stress at Mesa library workshop

If you are one of the millions of Americans who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, join Dr. Eric Hampton 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2 in the Saguaro Room at the Main Library, 64 E. First St., in Mesa.

Hampton is a primary care physician and founder of Arizona Prohealth. The 60-minute workshop uses healthcare that is focused on identifying and managing the causes of stress and anxiety. Hampton will also talk about ways to manage and treat the stress related symptoms.

    I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me today, and we all could probably use more calm in our lives. Some doctor on television this morning said that the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.
