If your going to borrow money from China for the light rail I would rather use that money to build a fence betweem Mesa and Tempe to keep the tweekers out.

Here's the question: If it's alright to apply for, and take, Federal money for the light rail, then how come John McCain hasn't gone after earmarks for Arizona for decades?
