Wow, so using your position as an ELECTED OFFICIAL to threaten and blackmail other elected officials is not only legal, but, according to Linda Gray, condoned by the Ethics Committee?
The "Ethics" Committee needs to change its name then...or at least insert quotation marks around the word ethics.

Also, since there is "nothing inherently improper" about making threats over the phone (again according to Linda Gray), then perhaps she won't mind a few dozen (or hundred) calls to her office of a similar nature?
She'd be okay with that, right? Because otherwise, she's just an ignorant hypocrite. ;)
