How did the Cubs get control of a facility that will be paid for by taxpayers? Why wasn't Mesa able to make the deal happen with ASU. Ricketts have more money than the City of Mesa. That family should not have had that kind of control. Shame on Mesa. Anything to keep the Cubbies happy.
