Mesa’s Human Relations Advisory Board will host a “Bullying in America” event April 28, with speakers from the educational, legal and business community. The event will focus on the impact of bullying and how to prevent and respond to it in schools, the workplace and online.
The discussion will include police, the Mesa Unified School District, the Child Crisis Center and Karen Karr, an employment attorney.
The free event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mesa Utilities Building Community Room, 640 N. Mesa Drive. Space is limited; to attend, RSVP by April 26 by sending an email to email@example.com. The event includes a breakfast and lunch.
