Leisure World invites golfers from throughout the Valley to participate in its tournament on Saturday, Dec. 3 to benefit Mesa United Way. It will be held at the Coyote Run Championship Golf Course, 908 S. Power Road in Mesa, and will include an awards luncheon, raffle and putting contest.

Registration is $50 per participant, with all fees donated to Mesa United Way. Sign up at the Pro Shop or call (480) 634-4270.

Sign-in starts at 7 a.m. Saturday in the lobby of Recreation Center #2, followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. There will be a two best-ball net and ladies will get extra strokes. Pros will be available to help match players for foursomes. Mulligans can be purchased at signup.

Players will have four opportunities to win hole-in-one prizes that include $10,000 cash, a club car from Apache Golf Cars plus a Dell computer, a set of Taylor Made Irons, and a Bose Wave radio/CD system.
