Grab your gloves and mittens. There's a good chance for "snow" this month.
Twenty tons of snow will arrive in the Valley Dec. 17 and Dec. 28 when Golfland Family Entertainment Center in Mesa will host "snow days." The events include thousands of lights, holiday displays and music. Guests can take photos with Santa for $5.
On both days, the event will run noon to 4 p.m. at Golfland, 155 W. Hampton Ave. Advance tickets cost $2 and can be bought at www.golfland.com. Tickets are sold for specific half-hour blocks and each time slot is limited to 100 guests. For more information, call (480) 834-8319.
