The bodies of two men in their 20s have been discovered in northeast Mesa.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jesse Spurgin said the men were both found face-down on Usery Pass Road Friday morning.
Spurgin said one man was declared dead on the scene and a second was airlifted to a hospital in Scottsdale and died just after noon.
Spurgin says detectives are investigating to determine how the pair died and whether a gun was used.
