Wow V8 little balls. Are you Impervious to brain damage? What a low life you are to come in here and not add to the discussion to a topic that is important to the fiesta district area. I guess I should not expect the intellectual maturity by such a closed mined person as yourself. My 12 yr old has more class and smarts than you ever will. Go back to your trailer trash on main street and go back to reading dr seuss books you moron. Well, that might be too tough for you.

Cant stand scum bags like this in here. Anyways, I understand the sentiment and why the city did what they did. We do not have much money and needed a better location closer to where most of the crime is happening. However, I am disappointed as a person who was apart of the Fiesta District plan that cost over $250K of citizens monies for a report to guild the city of a more vibrant and urban district. This land might not have been the best of the best, but I see the lack of vision from a very good council of what this area could be. Poor leadership decision on their part. A police substation does not reduce crime. The sheer presents does not do it, it is more cops on the street, but even more, more people on the streets. A brilliant author named Jane Jacobs talked about “eyes on the street”. Many city planners have talked about this over the years and it seems like our leadership missed the bus yet again on a great opportunity to do it right.

Really, duchebag? Are you a freakn m or on with a little brain? Get a life you low life sc u m bag. Lets see you id io t bring something to the table with a better idea than this? Its small minded mo ro ns like yourself that cant see beyond your own stu pid ity of how vital this area is when the city just spend hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars to study this area into an urban district. We all know you are a couple of volts below threshold. Bring it V8ball.

Duchebag, Do you see any property for sale north along Alma School Road, you know in the nieghborhood of 15 acres??? So the city is stupid for purchase this lot at an accurate market value price, not something inflated becuase they know it's the city? Oh yeah, buy Powell is your suggestion..Brilliant idea...

What the heck is this city thinking????? They need to put it a little north along alma School rd, not in an area that has the potential to become an urban district. why not at powell? What a joke this city is. they always make poor decisions and do not have any vision. let the land be, let the market come back and see what can become at this locaiton..........not another stupid substation. what a joke these clowns are.
