A daylong camp this month will help provide support to children and teens who are grieving.
Stepping Stones of Hope, an Arizona-based nonprofit, provides support-based programs, continuing care and education to grieving children, families, adults and communities.
The “One Day at Camp” program will be held Feb. 16 at First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave., Phoenix. It is open to youth from across the Valley.
During the event, students will spend time doing games and crafts, while learning how to process grief and find healthy ways to cherish, honor and remember their lost loved one.
