Is your family fit and healthy? Are you ready to share your secrets?
Cardon Children’s Medical Center in Mesa is looking for the 2012 Fit Kid Family — a Valley family that is dedicated to being active and healthy this year.
The contest is part of the Cardon Children’s Fit Kid Challenge, a free program for families to help them stay healthy by providing health tips from medical experts, nutritious recipes, fitness ideas, and information about active family events.
Families can enter the Fit Kid Family online contest to win a trip to San Diego. Entry is simple: Families submit a photo of themselves doing something healthy, such as hiking, biking, running, walking or even cooking a healthy meal together. Online voting begins on March 26.
