  We saw the same strategy for SB 1070....wait, wait, wait...and then sign another unconstitutional, bad law , only this time, she'll wait to then decide to NOT do the right thing...and we'll hear about fiscal responsibility, affordability, individual responsibility...blah, blah, blah.

  The end result is that 20% the people of Arizona will remain in poverty, the budget will be balanced by students, children, the ill, the elderly and the middle class (what's left of them).
