Weather conditions, circumstances and time permitting, areas of Chandler and Mesa are scheduled to be fogged for mosquitoes midnight Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday.
The area in Chandler is from Ray Road to Chandler Boulevard and from Price Freeway to Dobson Road. A mosquito caught in an area trap tested positive for West Nile Virus.
The area in Mesa is from Thomas Road/Riverdale Circle to McDowell Road and from Gilbert to Lindsay roads, Again, a mosquito caught in an area trap tested positive for West Nile Virus.

To quell mosquitoes thought to be carrying West Nile Virus, Maricopa county is
aerially spraying Fyfanon ULV (malathion) in every neighborhood. THIS IS A CANCER-TRIGGERING PESTICIDE! The tests used to detect West Nile Virus are fabricated, as viruses cannot be seen under a microscope. The birds are dying from toxins in their environment, and only the presence of bacteria can be seen under a microscope. Bacteria is not a virus, it is a sham. Do your homework, and stop believing what you are told!
The NY State Department of Environmental Conservation has attributed a 1999 die-off of thousands of fish in Staten Island to malathion poisoning. The spraying campaign subsequently affected the Hudson River, Long Island Sound and the Great South Bay, and has been blamed for causing the largest extermination of lobsters. Roughly eleven million lobsters, 90 percent of the full population, perished. Connecticut and New York lobstermen sued the companies that manufacture and apply the pesticides used in spraying.
