The Chandler Fire Department offers free carseat inspections and training through a program funded by a grant from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. Clinics are offered 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. most Saturdays and are available by appointment at (480) 782-2046. The clinics rotate among various sites, including the Chandler Fire Training Facility, Chandler Regional Hospital and Chandler Fire Headquarters. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes in length for each car seat installation. Unscheduled drive-ups are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as the schedule permits. The most up-to-date clinic schedule is online at www.chandleraz.gov/fire. Vehicle owners should clean the insides of their cars prior to their appointment.

Well some of the auto recall listing that I found was mostly on car seats, seatbelts and etc. The defect may injured your child, manufacturers are required to fix the problem free of charge.
