The Gilbert Leadership Class XXII will rehabilitate a garden to serve seniors who live in the town’s downtown area.

The Page Commons Garden Restoration Project will have the leadership members restore the garden at Page Commons to provide residents fresh vegetables and herbs to complement the facility’s nutrition program. The project includes the installation of a drip irrigation system, chicken wire, a storage shed and plants to deter feral cats.

The leadership class is a program led by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, and more information is available by visiting gilbertleadership.com.
