Michael Gillespie is Gilbert’s new town engineer.
Gillespie has 25 years of administrative experience in the state of Washington. He previously served as development engineering manager in Kent, Wash.
The Washington State University graduate has also served as transportation department manager for Inca Engineers in Bellevue, Wash., and as city engineer for the Shoreline, Wash., public works department.
