When the presents are open and the holiday is done, the Town of Gilbert can help residents dispose of their live Christmas trees. Beginning Monday, cut trees can be dropped off at several locations to recycled. Parks are open 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other hours are noted.

Drop-off locations:

• Nichols Park at the southwest corner of Higley and Guadalupe roads.

• Hetchler Park (Gilbert Soccer Complex) at the southwest corner of Germann and Greenfield roads.

• Dicks Sporting Goods in Santan Village Mall (in the gravel area from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

• A to Z Rentals, 1313 E. Baseline Road, accepts one tree per household.

Drop-off locations are for Gilbert residents only.
