Learn sign chi do, the art of moving prayer, through a free Christmas special with Dr. Anne Borik. The classes use sign language along with deep breathing and movement.
The classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Dec. 11 at First United Methodist Church of Gilbert, 331 S. Cooper Road.
Nonperishable food donations and cash donations will be accepted to assist Open Arms Food Bank.
