Gilbert Police are searching for a man who exposed himself to a female victim while she was jogging Dec. 27 in the area of Higley and Frye roads, Gilbert police said.
The suspect is described as a 16 to 18-year-old, 5’9” to 6’ tall, black man with an athletic build wearing a , police said. He was last seen riding a red mountain bike in the area and wearing a red hat, blue shirt and red and black shorts.
