Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has announced completion of a $3.075-million acquisition of Gilbert Commerce Center, 459 N. Gilbert Rd.
California-based private investors Kenneth and Ava Ungar and Rochelle Vedres purchased the three-building, 74,559-square-foot office property from Trident Pacific Real Estate Group, acting as receiver.
Built in 1986, Gilbert Commerce Center was 52 percent occupied at the time of sale.
