Gilbert Days Rodeo in A.J. scrubbed; bull riding still possible with parade

The Apache Junction Rodeo Park Events Center, pictured, was recently finalized as the site for this year’s Gilbert Days Rodeo Nov. 18-20, 2011. And the president of the nonprofit organization that stages the annual Gilbert Days celebrations is cautiously optimistic that a permanent home can be found within the Gilbert town limits.
