As the end of the year approaches and holiday celebrations kick into high gear, Perry Branch Library will host its fifth annual Caroling in the Library event 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1.
Perry High School's Culinary Club, along with culinary arts instructor, Angela Stutz, will help participants decorate cookies.
To get into the Yuletide spirit, caroling will commence at 4:45 p.m. in the main library. Perry students will sing and perform.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the Newstand Room will be the site of a pajama story time, where children and children-at-heart reminisce with some of their favorite tales of the holiday season.
Cookies, hot chocolate and coffee will be served.
