Erika Crandall, a junior at Mesa High School, was presented with an engraved bronze medallion Monday to signify her selection as a Distinguished Finalist in the 2011 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program.

Erika was honored for raising $5,000 to support the "Two Sisters: One Heart" foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds for conjoined twins Emma and Taylor Bailey and other families of conjoined twins.
