The judge is right. Ken Bennet is guilty of letting his political views , and partisian politics, get in the way of his duty to the voters of this state.

Ken Bennett may be a loser, but he is also a CRIMINAL.
He just tried to defraud 290,000 tax paying American citizens.
This immoral slimeball needs to be removed from his position IMMEDIATELY.

Ken Bennett is also an unsavory character; with this and his threat to leave President Obama’s name off of the ballot, only highlights the fact that Bennett is an ultra KOOK.
