I think Krista Pepper's white shorts are too short for school.

I don't think the two students should have been given a choice of punishment....

Awww, Unicorns and rainbows and sparkly things.

Maybe Obama can make the Israelis and Palestinians hold hands and everything will be all better.......

    Reality is a stubborn thing.

Yes, what a great lesson, let everyone mock and jeer the two men holding hands...

Somewhere there's an on-line petition supporting the principal. Change.org, or something like that.
I'm going to sign it, cause I, too believe that these kids have the right idea.

Good for the students! I'm glad to see them take a stand for what they believe and feel is right. Maybe there is some hope for this country. The political scum (both parties) in this country can't seem to stand for what they believe or anything else for that matter. They just want to enrich themselves on the backs of taxpayers.

@rockinroller - The end of your post really offends me, I attend Westwood, and 95% of all Mormons I talked to support Dr Richard and his decision. I think you've placed Mormons on the wrong side of this thing.

Bravo to the principal and congrats to the students that participated in the demonstration. What a perfect discipline for those two students! It's just a shame
they don't institute uniforms and corporal punishment in the District.

Maybe the Mormons will come around one day and realize not everyone's as "virtuous" as Joseph Smith. Ha Ha.

    Bravo, Westwood students!

Mesa School District Board of Directors, better watch out. These kids can vote you out of office some day!
