Arizona directory lists options for programs outside school hours

Parents looking for before- and after-school options can find information about quality programs Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence (AzCASE) Afterschool Directory.

The online bilingual directory lists more than 1,300 after-school program sites for before and after school, as well as during holiday and summer breaks in 12 Arizona counties. The directory can be found at www.azafterschool.org or www.vsuw.org/afterschooldirectory.

Parents can search programs by topic (educational focus, arts, sports, science, technology, life skills, socialization, special needs, tutoring, mentoring, homework assistance etc.), location (city, school district, legislative and Congressional district), type (before-school, after-school, weekend, summer break or school vacation), cost (free, fixed fees, sliding scale, available financing options, accepts DES subsidy, multiple-child discount, etc.); language (English only, Spanish only, multi-lingual), among other information.

The directory was developed in partnership with the Valley of the Sun United Way and is managed by AzCASE.
