Coronado Elementary holding info session on Chinese immersion program

Coronado Elementary School in the Higley School District will introduce a new Mandarin immersion program for students in kindergarten and first-grade students for the upcoming school year.

Interested parents can attend meetings at 8:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 11 in the Coronado Library. On Feb. 27, there will also be two informational sessions at 8:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Elona P. Cooley Early Child Development Center cafeteria, which is located at 1100 S. Recker Road, Gilbert. A final informational session will be held at 7 p.m. on March 20 at Coronado’s library.
