The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University was ranked 18th in the list for business and economics by the Center for World-Class Universities at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

The list is widely regarded as the most influential international ranking system and ASU’s business school has been listed in the top 25 for four consecutive years. This year, ASU moved up three places in the rankings.

The rankings look at six factors, including the number of highly cited researchers, the number of staff and alumni with Nobel Prizes and Field Medals, and other objective indicators and third-party data, according to an ASU press release.
