SAI Technology, an avionics and instrument repair company, recently made the largest donation ever in the three-year history of its “Tools for Schools” program.

Backpacks, crayons, pens, papers, binders, scissors, and a wide variety of other supplies will be delivered to Augusta Ranch, Canyon Rim, Mesquite, Islands, Oak Tree, Settler’s Point, and Superstition Springs elementary schools, and to Desert Ridge and Gilbert junior high schools.

SAI Technology CEO Kevin Owens said in a press release that the reason he started and keeps the “Tools for Schools” program going is simple: “I’m just trying to help the children.”
