The Kyrene Elementary School District is forming a citizens budget council. The group will make budget recommendations to the superintendent based on analysis of program, compensation, and staffing information.
Anyone interested in participating can attend a "budget council expectations" meeting 5:30 p.m. Tuesday or Thursday at the district office, 8700 S. Kyrene Road, Tempe.
