Parents can receive a free at-home drug test Thursday through a donation and partnership with notmykid.org.
Kits will be given out 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Southwest Ambulance location at 708 W. Baseline Road in Mesa.
Notmykid.org is a nationwide organization based in the Valley that supports families concerned about drug use in their children or facing drug use by their children. The group also provides educational material.
The at-home drug tests are being distributed prior to April 20, or 4/20, which is a code tied to marijuana use.
