Sessions help parents, students fill out college aid forms

Parents and students needing help filling out the FAFSA, or Free Application for Federal Student Aid form, for college can attend free events this weekend.

Participants should bring their 2010 federal tax return and W-2 forms. Students who are younger than 24 should bring their parents.

Free financial aid sessions will be available 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Arizona State University Polytechnic, 7001 E. Williams Field Road, Mesa, in Peralta Hall, and at Maricopa Workforce Connection Career Center, 735 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert. A session will be held 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mesa Community College's Paul Elsner Library on Southern and Dobson roads.
