Abhishek Rajadas, a student at Peggy Payne Academy in the Tempe Union High School District, will be competing in the Intel International Science Fair in Pennsylvania in May in the engineering (electrical and mechanical) category after winning a grand prize at the Arizona Science and Engineering Fair.
Rajadas also won the U.S. Army special award and U.S. Navy/Marine Corps special naval science award.
